I was a member here a few years ago with the leisure club but decided to pop into the restaurant one night I was very shocked to see some of the old staff like Katia & Ant in the bar and Sofie it was a nice atmosphere with caring staff I’ll be coming back a lot more

The stay was amazing, we have been given warm welcome by the reception team members during check in. We were alloted on top floor which had amazing view. Cannot forget to mention the rooms, they are big in size with great facilities. We will definitely visit again.

Short stay with friends

Had a great stay with friends,good food and drink. Staff friendly and helpful,rooms clean and nice . Good location 10 minutes walk to Cardiff shopping centre lots of cafes and restaurants. About half hour walk to castle and a further 10 minutes to get to the museum

Let down by poor housekeeping

Good location and facilities in general £10 extra to park the car for one night seemed unnecessary for hotel guests. Executive room was a good size but carpet stained. Mugs stained with lipstick deposits, hairs in the bathroom and bath Room looking a bit shabby. Building work ongoing in corridor near to lift. Pool/steam room were nice but changing rooms a bit grubbyas drains seemed blocked, broken locker doors. You’ll need a pound or trolley token for the lockers.
